a few things that would be nice to add to the readme:

• command to start restgen after install. npm start ??
• instructions how to set/rename the collection
• browser examples with full URL
• tips on how to integrate with a client-side app (e.g. ember) that may or may not be using build tools like grunt, yeoman.
