Violation of MIT license

I'm not all grumpy about this, but I think its important to keep the community acting proper.

Right now you're in violation of the MIT license that ember-tools uses.

I am the copyright holder of the code you've essentially stolen. You have not kept my name in the copyright holders.

If you want to be a productive and valued open source contributor

1. Try to contribute back to the project or
2. Fork ember-tools, keeping the copyright in tact with my name on it or
3. Mention in the readme you took my code and maintain the copyright with my name on it.

I think this has to go through gh staff evaluation... This repo should be shut down!
