Finality of Algo

Sorry that I could not find any better way to reach out but I was wondering if your (decoded) algorithm is final and works fine in most cases. I would love to convert it to JavaScript/Python and make a small web-application if it does.

I got here via Russian forum and everybody knows how good Google translate is. It would be lovely if you could type/share the (decoded) algo as well because comprehending it from forum is next to impossible for me due to language.
