Datatable more pagination customization

It would be great to have the option to hide the pagination navigation buttons when there is only 1 page of records. I'd also like to disable the ability of the user to change the number of records shown per page.

@sarahbwalsh What issues are you seeing when the users change the records per page value?

no technical issues, but changing the number of records per page shuffles the layout of the page and moves some elements out of alignment.
