Datatable - Allow use of new 'Action Button' output to populate datatable

Example:

admin exposes a picklist, when an option is selected he want user to be able to use the new Salesforce 'Action Button' to call an autolaunched flow to provide a record collection to populate the datatable.

the Salesforce datatable will let you use the outputs of the 'Action Button' to populate their datatable, their datatable will however not let you inline edit. i prefer using this datatable anyways.
