Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. After updating to 4.1.4 and adding datatable to a screen flow:

3. close out of salesforce error, and datatable configure columns screen has the following error:

5. close out of screen flow and navigate to the datatable config flow see version is 5:

• Does the Sales Agreement Products object have any records in it yet?
• Are you able to create a new flow and use Datatable on a standard object like Account?
• Did you try to activate the most recent version of the Datatable Configuration Wizard flow that was installed with the latest release?

• yes, sales agreement had products associated
• yes I created a test flow and it worked fine with accounts and contacts
• there was no other version of the config wizard:

I eventually got it to work by cloning/saved a new flow from the wizard4 config flow and just renamed it wizard5 - that got the error to go away. I was having some other strange issues after that like the fields not saving when configuring columns, but I tried it again today and I'm not able to reproduce it. Seems to be working fine now.
