*QuickChoice* - _dependent picklist_ - Default Value not respected

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a picklist (Quickchoice or default), this is the Main picklist without dependencies above it. Values in my case: "XX - YYYYY, ZZ - XXXXX"
2. Add a dependent picklist, with a default value
3. See that the dependent picklist is blank

Expected behaviour

The dependent picklist is filled in with the default value

Actual behaviour

The dependent picklist is blank by default, even with a default value set
