*DataTable* - _percent_input_ - cant save the proper value

Hello, I love this control and what you have built here. Super handy. But I need help with a problem which is a blocker for me if I want to use this. I hope you can help.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have input type percent, set to 16/2
2. List in the table:

3. try to edit, you can see the correct value for 0.30% 4. try to edit to 0.40%, getting error: Your entry isn't a valid increment.

Expected behaviour

Save the correct percent value.

Actual behaviour

Throws error Your entry isn't a valid increment.
