The Record Detail Component 1.74 - Dependecy check failed, requires BasePack 2.12

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://unofficialsf.com/the-recorddetail-component/
2. Try to install it in org where you have already installed BasePack 3.12 and Flow Screen components 3.0.18 the latest versions at the current time.
3. You will get an error: The package you're installing depends on package 'FlowActionsBasePack', version '2.12'. Install package 'FlowActionsBasePack' in the target org before you install package 'recordDetail_1'.

Expected behaviour

Package is installed as current version 3.12 is much higher than required 2.12.

Actual behaviour

Instalation fails with error that dependency is not met.

I am experiencing the same issue. I tried installing previous versions of the dependencies and of the component itself, without luck.
