Installation in Developer Sandbox fails with the following error:

Facing the same issue on partial sandbox, on dev sandbox it installed without problems...

Try the new 3.0.6 version of Screen Components Base Pack after first installing the new V3 of Actions Base Pack. This problem has been fixed in those versions.
