Created streams page and added a thing to GSI page

Hey Alex,

here you go, tried to come up with a solid initial page on DynamoDB streams. Also added a bullet to the GSI page saying the a GSI PK doesn't have to be unique. You did that on the index page already but people are just not aware.

Let me know what you think. Also, I am from Germany, not native English speaker. So I am certainly not offended if you fix any of my grammar, choice of words, style.. :)
