Any plans to support Linux servers?

@kami- has worked his extension magic this weekend and got a Linux build working!

He built and tested it for Ubuntu 16.04 LTS with gcc 5.4.0 so if you aren't running that your mileage may vary. If you are running a different distro and it doesn't work there is build instructions here.

I've packaged it up for you to download here, please let me know how you get on.

The main README has been updated with instructions on how to get started on Linux.

Is there an updated version of that Linux zip or do I need to build it myself?
