Missing Hydration Schedule/Recommendation
In order to mitigate certain side-effects, good hydration is very important yet not everyone is aware of exactly how important. Usually this applies to drinking after office hours but it's most likely beneficial during office hours too. I can't give a clear guideline on what amount of hydration would be appropriate, but in the case of drinking after office hours i would say at least half a liter of water before bed, and of course hydrate yourself during the event
