README change path /dev with /tmp for Mac Docker Desktop compatibility

Docker Desktop for Mac doesn't support the path "/dev" natively for volume mount. People who are following the README, just like me, find it misleading.

By default, it supports only these mounts, and any customization out of this list involves manual addition of that share.
