Use docker-compose for install command

It's easier, than run by container id that changed everytime.

Update mysql since it would terminate on startup

Default mysql image somehow terminates on startup, updating it fixed it.

mysql container exits immediately after docker-compose up -d

Container for mysql exits immediately after executing docker-compose file. Unable to run install-magento script. Currently using Docker Desktop for Windows.
