When opening the command palette inside VS Code (Ctrl+Shift+P on Windows, Linux || Cmd+Shift+P on Mac) you can start typing in the name of the command you want to execute....
It would be great if, when you finish a work session, you can enter a description (or reference like an issue #) and you can query past sessions also
