[RFC] Introductory Blurb

What a great plugin you guys have here! I am really sorry I am too newbie in rails, otherwise I would contribute more to the project.

Once I was searching a KM tool and a someone made a really good comment:

Knowledge is a personal asset that must be converted to corporate value. But why do I want to share my knowledge when it may diminish my influence in the organization? The organization can lay me off after they gut me of my knowledge, correct?

A Knowledge Repository System must be able to recognize and reward my knowledge contribution while making the shared ideas and experience (knowledge) visible to all, especially to managers who do my performance appraisal.

These are the goals of this KM tool."

How about including this as part of the vision of this plugin?

@danielcamargo I like the idea of having a short intro "blurb", but what you've got here so far comes off as a bit negative (with the whole "they can lay me off and steal my knowledge" thing).

It's possible this has just lost a bit in translation and would be perfect after a bit of editing, so I'm going to leave this open to yourself and the community to review (an update as desired) as the underlying idea is good but needs a bit of development.

I renamed the issue title and edited your original submission to correct a couple minor spelling issues and format the quote a bit. Other than that I left it as is.

PS. Don't interpret this as me blowing this off; I just would like to see this fleshed out a bit more ;)

It does sound negative. That point here was intended to represent those who resist (or are afraid of) to share theirs ideas. Fortunately I don't consider myself as part of the group.

I should have mention that on the feedback though.
