Calls blocking in Russia

Is it possible to use it for improving the call quality in Russia? When I set it up outside of Russia, using port 443 and TLS, the client within Russia cannot connect, but it works outside.

Calls and videocalls traffic does not pass through mtproxy. Need to change the architecture of the Telegram client itself.
