Significance of TLS domain relative to server IP address

I'm wondering how weird the traffic looks to DPI devices or let's say a person analyzing it that the proxy server IP address is using the default TLS domain (google.com). Should we change it to something more meaningful like a website hosted on the same data center or make a free SSL certificate using Let's Encrypt or something.
