Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Official HA has an addon for InfluxDB v1. Frenk has mentioned that at some point they might support it official, but such message is years old already https://github.com/hassio-addons/addon-influxdb/discussions/113#discussioncomment-745717 Attempts were done by community to generate addon, but they seem to be stale since. https://github.com/Jays-Home-Assistant-Add-ons/repository

A periodically updates to latest version of v2 of InfluxDB. https://hub.docker.com/_/influxdb/tags
Describe alternatives you've considered
Staying at v1, but being a discontinued product all community guides focus on v2 so can't be followed.
Additional context
Because upgrade from v1 to v2 seems to drop several features, it should anyways be a standalon addon, and not an upgrade of the existing official one. Its not available from linuxserver.io but official docker seems to support arm64 builds.
