Thanks @stijn-h I think your implementation makes sense. Since ELMAH.MVC does not have dedicated documentation page, will keep this issue. I'll try to blog about that someday as well :)

I think this one should be re-opened. Just got few request on same topic. So, even the _workarounds_ exist, it would be nice to have some built-in to Elmah.MVC.. Probably...

@joshgeller I really liked the approach of high-level component. Looks very clear and solid. Seems like @LucaColonnello also makes a lot of sense, will try that out.

It's a pity this one is not merged. I'm using bootstrap 4 where glyphicons are deprecated. This PR would make a switch to FA much simpler.

Forgot to add `dest`, not an issue.
