Use touchscreen as touchscreen
This PR changes how touchscreen is operated. Now user can tap game buttons as everyone expects - you tap where you want to click. Other gestures works the same way as before: slide to move mouse (useful to hover), tap with two fingers for right-mouse click, slide with two fingers for scrolling.
I'v tested this for a while on my 10' tablet and I did not notice any issues with such approach. Also I never played on my mobile phone and I think no one should do so because mobile screen is to small for this game.
As usual you can test this approach online on https://fallout-nevada.ru/
I've tested with my smartphone (1080x2400 6.43 inches) and there are a lot of issues.
- Very difficult to click on small buttons like open close inventory.
- Not easy to use context menu on objects, your finger just overlaps all icons.
- Almost impossible to scroll map to top.
- Impossible to watch tiny items on a map.
So it's not acceptable. At lest this control mode must be configurable.

Did you see anything on such small screen? I wonder how people plays this game on small screen because I am able to read such tiny text

Maybe screen is too small because I do not have such issue with my tablet
- Almost impossible to scroll map to top.
I do not understand what do you mean, do you scroll with two fingers as usual?
- Impossible to watch tiny items on a map.
Do you mean hover? You can also use two fingers to hover: do one touch, wait a sec, do another touch with second finger in 3-4 centimeters from the first one and then move two fingers together. This way you will be able to see where you are hovering

This kind of a good idea to make it configurable. I do not have any statistics but a have a gut feeling that there are not so many players with small screen [just because of the reasons I mentioned above]. For the web version I can fallback to current behaviour if screen is small enough, hmm, why not?
@roginvs I've completed about 2/3 of Nevada on my phone. There is used slightly modified font.
See the attached screenshot.
I made 2 videos:
- Default control mode https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=2Aqh1J4f9Ps
- Proposed mode https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hqNE5HhImMI
In my opinion many actions are confusing and not comfortable in the proposed mode on small screen device.
