Some display improvment suggestions

Hi, I'm using elastic theme. Here are some small suggestions, as I'm a brand new user with a fresh view ;)

I would also add a line saying that after you've clicked on "Fill all fields..." you need to check the code before being able to save.

These are good suggestions. I'm implementing 2FA for some of my colleagues, and it looks a bit messy when people are confronted by the 2FA interface when they login for the first time.

I don't understand why "Create secret" and "Show recovery codes" button appears when no codes are already set. It brings confusion.
