loki-ingester load balancing problem.

Hi [zerofive83](https://github.com/zerofive83). How did you set the ALB ingress? Are you using the gateway component from the loki-distributed chart? Could you share more details about this configuration?

Large queries cause large memcached delays which then causes 2-3x resource consumption and 2-3x worse query performance

Same problem with v2.7.3
