Total Cocoa Exports

I'm unsure if I am misunderstanding something or if there is a linking issue. For Cocoa HS92ID 1801 I am seeing that Ghana is the largest exporter, with a value of $1.89B as indicated below

However if I look directly at the exports of Côte d'Ivoire, I see they export $3.75B but they are not represented above? Is this some sort of linking bug?
