Extending DubSub to make its gossip capability available for clients

Alex, thanks again for answering all my requests. I am wondering if there is a way to make the gossip capability of DubSub available for library clients. A typical incentive for taking advantage of this gossip capability is in the Websocket Chat example: it needs to disseminated the list of chat participants (users) from all nodes. Can you kindly offer any suggestion?
