Add support to download cover for spotify track

Similar to jamendo plugin, this commit allow to download cover for spotify track. Usefull when using mopidy server.

This looks interesting. I'll skim through the code later and then merge it. Unfortunately Spotify is not available to me, so I won't be able to test this properly.
