Crash on Unity 2017.3

I followed the instructions. I am on Windows 10 64bits. When I press the custom "OptiX" button even with an empty scene, Unity crashes with this message Runtime Error!

Program:

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Building from the sources made it to work.
