Some navigation links are broken

Certain navigational links, such as .. on pages generated with file.html do not direct to the places that they should. List any other finds below.

I don't see any errors here. Can you show proof or test again? @SashaCrofter

@lukevers if you go to a file page at least one level deep in the repository, then click the .. at the top left, it will strip the ref and bring you to one level above the repository. /go/proj/grove/tree/res/templates/file.html?ref=development will go to /go/proj/.
