can't reach the results in the paper

Hi, I am reading your paper Deep Variational Information Bottleneck.

I run this code several times, however cannot reach the result error 1.13% in the paper. My experimental results are always around 1.30%.

I change print to print(), then run it on python3.5 and tf r1.10 . Can you tell me more details to allow me check is there anything that I ignored?
