It is working again when you switch to another phone (maybe the issue is related to screen size? Have no clue). However, this solution is not really optimal because I want to use my old phone for the bot and there I still have the issue

I have found the solution. It depends on the version of Instagram. On older phones the Accounts tab is called "People" thus it does not find it. Quite a pity for those who want to use their older phones as me.
