stop if appears "Couldn't refresh feed" message

this is a feature request to identify the message: "Couldn't refresh feed"

when the message appears, application should stop.

I know this problem is related to number of queries and I try to limit, but sometimes when playing with differents settings it's hard to get correct ones. so it would be very handy to identify this situation.
