Describe the bug New skill creation fails with error Command failed: git fetch --all --quiet.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Alexa Skills Toolkit'
2. Click on 'Create New Skill'
3. Input the folder path and click Create.
4. See error "Skill creation failed. Reason: Failed to create a hosted skill. Reason: Git folder setup failed for c:\Users\pramod\myprojects\test123. Reason: Error: Command failed: git fetch --all --quiet"

Extension Logs Nothing is logged though verbose logging is enabled in the extension settings

Expected behavior Should create a new skill.

Additional context A folder is created at the given path with another .ask folder in it but it is empty.
