No Discover Device available

Everyting worked fine up to Discover Devices: no "Sample Switch" is available in the list. I guess this is because I am in France or with french settings but I do not know what to do.

All done. I just have to create the Lambda Function in "EU (Ireland)" (region for English (UK), English (IN), German or French (FR) skills) see here.

Last comment: unless I forgot a step, after Link the Alexa Smart Home Skill, device name is "Sample endpoint", not "Sample Switch".
