Fix errors.

Hi, I am using AndroPytool with docker in my project and encountered some errors so I fixed them.

  1. Errors about dots in file names & dots in Services with static analysis.
  2. Errors in Dockerfile (Old sources)

Hi xcnkx, Thank you for the work in this repo. Can you explain some of the commits you made? I see you removed FlowDroid source-sinks connections from the CSV file. Why this? I have also seen some changes in the DroidBox part. Did you fix it? It is not running in my last commit.
