How do I uninstall this?

No, there is nothing...

You can de-activate it easily in System Settings -> Desktop Behaviour -> Desktop Effects: Uncheck ShapeCorners.

For me the installed file resides on /usr/lib/qt/plugins/kwin/effects/plugins/kwin4_effect_shapecorners.so apparently.

It didn't work for me, there's no such option in the System Settings, and that file is not there

sudo make uninstall in the build directory would do. It works on my system.

The menu is now in System Settings -> Workspace Behaviour -> Desktop Effects.
