FYI @davidcho23, I added this optimistically to the 0.9 milestone and assigned you to it you have some free cycles. No worries if it needs to be pushed out further.

My understanding is a fix for this is actively rolling out and should be fully resolved sometime next week.

Are you saying that you are not getting completions when you have `../` as your path? I'm not sure the relevance of the second screenshot where the path is specified...

It's a little tricky because the bicep/ARM template is processed entirely server-side, where most programming languages are processed client-side. I wonder if in the short term, in the deployment outputs...
