The coin is used as a transaction fee when submitting a manuscript.

  • [ ] It can be set by the user (including a 0 fee transaction)
  • [ ] It will be used to pay transaction fees on the underlying blockchain
  • [ ] It will be distributed to the community voters

Later: It will be distributed to the peer reviewers

This is still under review to see if we need a token or not for the incentivisation under discussion with the submission smart contracts and other pieces.
