Define a strategy in order to clean upload folder

In order to avoid high disk usage, is necessary to define a method for clean the ./uploads folder. This folder contains:

  • [x] Photos upload by the user for prediction (duplicate)
  • [ ] Photos that contains the photos uploaded from the user with a box where the face is located, with the name of the person recognized
  • [ ] Data related to the training/tuning
