Currently no way (that I can find) to determine what version I have installed. Would be nice to have an updater as well.

I can't install any app i just get this window with install option that isn't clickable, any thoughts about that? 
I cant install any app because the program was stuck,and restarting the computer,Pacman and WSA didn't help. 
pacman when installing apps show the timeout error, and sometimes it shows an unknown_error, I even increased timeout in the settings, but any app won't install, Pacman was working perfectly...
