Collision avoidance for Lithuanian texts

Describe the bug In some Lithuanian words certain letters may overlap with each other. For example, in the word Sąjūdis, a-ogonek can overlap j a bit.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to LibreOffice Writer
2. Type Sąjūdis
3. See error

Expected vs. actual behavior A-ogonek and j looks too close, j should have contextual alternates after a letter with ogonek for fix.
