Aleph Docker image

Hi! I would love to see an official Aleph Docker image to use for local development and for pipelines (CD/CI). If the consensus is that this is a good idea, I would be happy to contribute to the development of such a Docker image 💪🏻

I think have a docker image for each instance of aleph.js is cool, because I can pull directly the image without worry about anything.

The easy deno command, it is cool, but also the image it is cool too.

meh, i dont mind. i can version my docker file with the deno version so I'm not too bothered.

Since with deno, Aleph can be compiled a minimal Alpine + Aleph image would be super fast to deploy, and would be suitable for resource limited servers.
