Switch toggle position to the left

Note that this should be configurable (left or right). I'm still figuring out the details, but a toggle to the left may be for a direct action, like opening/closing a panel, as opposed to a more passive action (generate one address per group during wallet creation) when the toggle is to the right.

Since:

  1. the advanced operations of the Addresses open through a "wrench" icon button
  2. the filtering options in the Transfers page are visible as a sticky row

do we still need this feature for v2.0?

Don't worry about this one for now, but let's keep the issue open. I need some time to use the UI and do some limited A/B testing in order to refine details like this one. If needed, I'll make the change myself later on, when doing a UI cleanup session ;) !
