The submitted PR must explain the following in a new BUILDING.md file under Windows 10 and 11:

  • How to install latest NodeJS
  • How to install latest git
  • How to open a terminal
  • How to clone the repository
  • How to build the project
  • How to install the binary

I'd suggest Windows 10 AND 11.. most people are still on windows 10.. (although they should behave similarly)

I think you'd need to fork this github, then modify/create BUILDING.md with documentation, then do a PR to merge back in

Would it be okay to introduce a /docs/building/ sub directory and inside this include the guide as windows.md? The suggested single file named BUILDING.md might be a tad misleading / become bloated. Also setting up a docs sub-dir for future documentation to live would be nice. But I have no strong opinions here :) ill PR as the owner wants.
