BUG: Attachments missing for some ingested emails

Describe the bug Attachments are missing for some ingested emails. It’s unclear why this has happened. Also, I haven’t been able to reproduce the issue. (I re-ingested the affected emails in a separate investigation and attachments are displayed there as expected.)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Navigate to example entities 2 and 3 in #3123.
  2. The entities do not have any attachments.
  3. Download the source files.
  4. Re-ingest/upload them to a separate collection.
  5. You should be able to see attachments for both (re-ingested) emails.
