BUG: ingest containers faill with code 23 but nothing is logged

Describe the bug

Ingest containers constantly fail with exit code 23 after ingesting a few docs, but there are no logs explaining what the cause of the exit was. Max container lifetime is about 3 minutes.

To Reproduce

I have no idea.

Expected behavior

A stack trace makes it to stdout or stderr. Some logs would be nice too.

This is still happening on the latest version (3.15.1). Logs do not seem to indicate what is happening.
