Minimal public profile should be visible by anonimous users

I have a public profiles page, https://devand.dev/u/alepez , and I want to share this url. But when people follow this link, unless they're already registered and logged in, they see an "Unauthorized" error.

The page should be more friendly and should give minimal information about the user (nickname, already in the url, visible name and favorite languages).

A friendly message should invite to join the community to start pair-programming with that user.
