Scores and badges may stimulate users involvement.

Some ideas:

• experience level: keep track of how many pair-programming sessions users do. This cannot be automated or verified. But we can require a double check by both users. Example: both users click an "just finished a session with X" button and theirs "sessions" score is increased. See how blablacar handles exp level for inspiration.
