Delete account

User should be able to opt out completely from service. Add an "Delete your account" button to "Account" page.

Text: "Once you delete your account, there is no going back. Please be certain."

User profile will be deleted. Chat messages will be retained. UserId will be still valid and username will remain unavailable.
