mdPickers Issues in IE11 and Edge

Hi, The mdPickers doesn't have the same fluidity and takes some time to appear in IE11 than in Chrome and if the date is long, it goes out of the blue box on the left. On Edge, there is the automatic Edge's "Input Type=Date" calendar that pops out. Can it be looked at? Thanks

+1 was going to use it in the project but IE 11 latency makes it not usable

@super-coder just don't use AM 1.0.6, it has very poor perfs.

1.1.0-rc2 has no perfs issue when using dialogs

We use your control and really enjoy the way it works with Chrome. We would like to see this control work under Edge as well, many issues prevent us from using this control with Edge and IE 11.
